for Schools
The structure of the editorial content is flexible but we recommend it
contains the following:
Annual review section covering the school’s previous
academic year’s activities and achievements
Feature section, where staff and pupils have the opportunity
to write about curriculum related topics,
after school clubs, the history of the school, support for local charities
Parent/pupil handbook section, containing contact numbers,
term dates, special events, uniform requirements, standard procedures
etc
The Package
The School Magazine Company will:
1 - design, sub-edit and handle all magazine production
2 - produce the online version
3 - sell the advertising space and collect revenue
4 - distribute reception copies to a specifically created database of
local businesses
Your school commits to:
1 - supplying the copy for the magazine
2 - distributing copies to current and past pupils
3 - an administration fee of £750.00 payable on completion
On completion
your school will recieve:
1 - printed copies of the magazine
2 - a link to the digital version of the magazine which you can email
to as many people as you wish
3 - your own dedicated page on The School Magazine Company website with
links directly to your url
We are of course happy to quote full production costs if you do not wish
for any advertising content
Please note: no
advertisements will be sold in the magazine by The School Magazine Company
that could in any way be deemed detrimental to the reputation of the school
or to the safety or well being of its pupils
